These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Explore Agadir Tours’ Website, located at https://www.exploreagadirtours.com/.

 

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Explore Agadir Tours if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

In these terms and conditions, “individual tour guide”, “I”, and “tour guide” refer to Explore Agadir Tours' individual tour guide.

 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person logging on to this website and accepting Explore Agadir Tours' terms and conditions. “The Transport Operator” means the professional transport service provider that will perform the transfer. “Booking” means the booking for Activity or tour services made with us. “Confirmation Voucher”, “Booking Voucher”, and “Reservation” mean the written confirmation of the booking we will send to you by email. “Terms” mean these terms and conditions. “Website”, “Websites” mean https://www.exploreagadirtours.com/ or any other website owned or operated by us.

 

ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE

The person making the booking must be at least 14 years of age and has the responsibility to follow the online booking process, ensure all the details provided are correct and complete, and make full payment.

 

Upon entering into a contract with Explore Agadir Tours' individual tour guide, the individual tour guide will undertake the necessary formalities to organize the requested services.

 

The contract becomes legally binding only when you have received your transfer voucher by email. In the event of the Transport Operator being unable to provide the requested services, you will be informed and reimbursed the full amount by the same method as the payment was made, leaving us with no further liability to you.

 

You are required to acknowledge all notifications we make to you. However, in the event that you fail to acknowledge receipt of an email, the records that exist on our email server shall be considered as proof of reception.

The act of us sending you the confirmation of charges and payments made by you shall not be considered as binding you to any contract.

 

The Booking confirmation must be presented to the driver or guide as a printed version or as a screenshot on the phone and readily available for inspection by the driver or activity provider.

 

Minors are strictly prohibited from seeking any service from us, and their parents, legal guardians, or other persons responsible for them should contact us immediately should a minor make a Booking with the individual tour guide for the provision of a service in order to enable us to cancel the registration forthwith. Minors are not allowed to travel with us without an adult passenger in their company.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept bank transfers and PayPal. The use of PayPal is only possible for bookings exceeding a certain amount. Prices are charged in Euros, Moroccan dirhams, or British pounds.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation if the booking(s) have been canceled 48 hours in advance, and full payment will be refunded.
